Our repair yard caters for all types of craft, motor and sailing with a haul out capacity of 12 tonnes.
The marine workshops undertake boat maintenance, refits, marine engine sales and servicing, boat storage and boat launching. 
We are also Tohatsu main agents and can sell and service engines at the best prices.
We service a large range of inboard and outboard petrol and diesel engines.

Traditionally building blue water  cruisers Menai now specialise in building quality Ribs, sports and fishing boats.  Menai  have built up a stable of their own in house and South African designed boats. (see left)

The latest Sea ranger 540 (rigid tube) is in production and has proved to be very popular.                                          

Menai Ribs and hard tubes are built to a high standard with no wood exposed inside or out , a GRP matrix is incorporated providing a lighter, stronger, non rotting chassis.  The hull design provides a dry and assuring ride in the toughest of conditions.  They are what ribs are supposed to be tough utility vehicles and built to last.  If you want a Rib that will last longer and go further then Menai Ribs will surpass your requirements.  If you like the idea of a rib but want a low cost "bumper" boat we can supply foreign built budget models.  But don't expect the same results they are a world apart.

Menai Marine's purposeful hardy boat philosophy stretches to kayaks as well, we now stock Kaskasi kayaks GRP rather than plastic, these boats are also boats designed for the sea, not for beach stacking, they rank with the best touring / fishing kayaks available, they are also very competitive in price compared to other GRP makes. click on the link at the bottom of the page for more info on Kaskasi kayaks.                 

Menai Marine also manufacture mouldings for other companies both Marine and industrial / agricultural we welcome enquiries from trade customers.

New for the coming season.
We are developing a new fishing boat to replace the Sea Jeep and Endeavour 500 based on the extremely sea worthy 510 design. 
The boat is to feature a new cuddy/pilot house and side consol.  With its modern fast and stable hull the boat will also provide a stable and roomy deck area.

Other new models under modernisation and development include the Shadow mini 12, the two seater 14 ' replica of the Americas cup 12m.  These boats are designed to be sailed in competition by crews of different abilities.  They became very popular in their heyday racing at Cowes and in Australia and the US Shadow envisage a new era for these boats
